Creation is the manifestation

  of discovery and dissatisfaction for me. I want to make the things I want to see, but I want to be surprised by where I end up. Discovery and learning are key, and collaboration is more interesting than control as synthesis of the seemingly disconnected often yields something neither could have conceived of before. As a writer and director, I search for the exceptional in the mundane and the stillness in the maelstrom. As a leader, I want to bring clarity and vision to our projects, energize and inspire the team, and drive hard for results.
